DataMystic offers a range of Professional Services. Our services include:

• Fixing, reformatting and converting data files
• Data mining web-based data
• Mainframe reports extraction

• Consulting services to tailor the processing of TextPipe, ResumePipe, DataPipe and our other applications
• Creating customized, one-off solutions based on our existing applications
• Adding new features to our existing applications

And regular expression (regex, EasyPattern) tasks such as:

• Search/replace
• URL rewriting rules for your website.

Typical projects that we have been engaged on include

• Data mining web sites such as Yellow Pages
• Optimizing TextPipe filters for the greatest speed
• Extracting data from websites to a database import file, or to an Access database
• Reformatting corporate data to allow import or further manipulation
• Removal of binary or garbage data from files

Terms

We charge USD 120/hour (or AUD 140/hour + GST) for filter development, in half-hour increments. We will process your test file, and send you back the result. When you're happy with the result, we collect payment (see below) and then send you the final filter once payment is confirmed. Our turnaround time is two-three business days for most filters.

Upfront Payment

We require a pre-payment of USD 35 before we evaluate and analyse your consulting request. This also establishes that you have the ability and desire to pay for our consulting services.

The Upfront Payment will contribute to the total consulting fee.

After you click Submit, our team of consultants will examine your requirements, and if necessary, will ask you to provide any additional information or attachments. After examination, we will reply with a price quote and work order which must be signed to continue. You can then determine whether to proceed or not.
